Employees with strong mental performance

Employees enable success in your organization. You can create an environment to help them enjoy their work, realize their potential, cope with normal stresses, work productively and contribute to community. Take time and check-in on their overall well-being and if you need to make changes for them to have strong mental performance.


Check-in's should be on their whole well-being - physical, psychological, emotional and social. Know them as people and check-in regularly.


And if employees have a mental illness, please connect them with support as needed. Their mental illness, does not mean that it will impact their mental health. Create an inclusive culture where people are comfortable sharing who they are and not worried it if will impact their performance or evaluation by others. Creating the right environment where people feel safe and where well-being can be discussed openly then your organization can thrive.
